Job Description:

In order to manage current and future projects, Airbus Helicopters is looking for you to join the team in Donauwörth as soon as possible as our new Cyber Security: SOC Specialist (d/f/m).

Your location

At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks:

1. Definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Security Operations Center (SOC) strategy with a strong focus on various requirements
2. Coordination of the different teams within the SOC perimeter
3. Coordination and investigation of critical SOC incidents
4. Management and participation in projects within the Cyber Security environment
5. Leading and participating in projects in the Cyber Security perimeter
6. Definition, implementation, and improvement of Use Cases
7. Management of the logging infrastructure

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• A Master's Degree specialized in Cybersecurity is preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience in Cybersecurity
• Deep technical knowledge in Cybersecurity and common solutions in this perimeter
• Very good German and good English language skills in speaking and writing
• Willingness to learn, engagement, team player, and strong communication skills
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to translate complex technical problems into understandable language for non-technical people

This position requires security clearance (Germany) or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities.
