We are looking for a Marketing Automations Specialist (Freelancer) for our client. You will play a vital role in supporting the Microsoft team. You will enjoy a dynamic and versatile work environment within a successful European market-leading company. Your focus will be on helping our central Microsoft marketing team improve European marketing campaign project management.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Manage and optimize daily operational requests to support global Marketo operations. Ensure smooth and efficient handling of all automation-related tasks and troubleshoot issues.
2. Set up and maintain automated programs to meet marketing objectives of various teams, ensuring alignment and effectiveness of automation strategies.
3. Conduct regular reviews and optimizations of automations and reports. Continuously monitor performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
4. Perform regular data cleanups to ensure data integrity. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Marketo system to support effective marketing efforts.
5. Perform backend development tasks related to Marketo. Use technical skills to enhance and customize the platform to meet specific business needs.
6. Collaborate with marketing peers in local teams to lead successful marketing campaigns.
7. Drive best practices within the automation team and stakeholders using Marketo and its features.
8. Participate in improvements and investigations of new features/developments to enhance Marketo usage within the group.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

1. Proven experience with Marketo, including hands-on setup and maintenance of automated marketing programs.
2. Strong technical skills in backend development related to Marketo.
3. Knowledge of data-driven marketing to optimize campaign performance.
4. Understanding of efficient marketing campaigns and full-funnel demand generation strategies.
5. Interest in processes and a good understanding of technical aspects.
6. Excellent organizational abilities, effective communication, and collaboration skills.
