Your role

Erstellung von Einkaufsstrategien für die Beschaffung, Führung von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen mit Lieferanten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem globalen Einkaufsteam

Optimierung der Einkaufspreise und Beschaffungsqualität

Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung der Mitarbeiter im Bereich Einkauf

Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Bestellungen und Verträgen im Rahmen der vereinbarten Unterschriftenregelung

Mitwirkung bei Lieferantenauswahlen, Neuprojekten, Lieferantenaudits zusammen mit den entsprechenden Schnittstellenpartnern

Verantwortung der Beschaffung von Investitionsgütern, Energie

Analyse und Umsetzung von Kostensenkungspotentialen sowie Bestandsoptimierungen

Implementierung, Optimierung und Standardisierung von Einkaufsprozessen und –systemen

Erstellung von Kennzahlen, Auswertungen, Statistiken und Aufbereitungen

Your profile

Kaufmännisches Studium oder Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation Schwerpunkt Einkauf

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf

Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil (Leadership-Skills)

What we do in Hameln

Hameln is a renowned contract manufacturer which supplies both national and international pharmaceutical companies. It has over 450 employees who produce sterile medicinal products, mainly for use in hospitals and intensive care facilities.

Main activities

• Contract manufacture of parenteral solutions and suspensions – aseptic or terminally sterilized in ampoules and vials
• Specialist in the production of complex preparations such as anesthetics, flammable and oxygen-sensitive liquids and cold chain products

• Successful transfers and establishment of new products in sterile production
• Batch size: up to 3500 liters
• Clean room area: 4000 m²
• Batch manufacture and filling of sterile products, from visual inspection through to final packaging
