Jobbeschreibung

• You will be fully responsible for managing, optimizing and digitalizing our entire lead-to-order process. The role includes overseeing, improving and integrating tools for sales configuration, proposal and quotation management and order configuration.
• Your target is to develop and implement a seamless and efficient flow from initial customer contact to order placement which accounts for high data quality from beginning to end.
• The role also includes responsibility for the development and implementation of eCommerce solutions which continuously improve our customers‘ online sales experience.

Who we are looking for :

• We are looking for someone with an outstanding innovative drive, coupled with a strong interest and skillset in digital technologies and data analytics.
• You should bring experience and competencies in digitalizing business processes, ideally in the lead-to-order domain, as well as an in-depth understanding of digital sales tools and eCommerce platforms. Knowledge of project management and UX design methods is a big plus.
• You should also enjoy leading project teams and promoting collaboration between different global functions like Sales, Marketing or IT and our local manufacturing sites.
