Your Tasks:

• Supporting communication with internal and external partners.
• Assisting with ongoing projects, e.g., monitoring schedules and budgets, helping with quality assurance and documentation.
• Coordinating maintenance and repair measures.
• Conducting research and documentation tasks, e.g., about service providers, maintenance contracts, or technical systems.
• Supporting the implementation of sustainability and efficiency measures.
• Preparing presentations and decision-making templates.
• Assisting in maintaining expansion data and documents.

Your Profile:

• Enrolled student in a relevant field (e.g., real estate management, facility management, civil engineering, architecture, business administration, or similar).
• Affinity for analytical and coordinating tasks.
• Ideally, some experience in real estate or retail.
• Organizational talent, structured working style, and team spirit.
• Excellent German and English skills; Italian is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
