TechBiz Global GmbH is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join one of our German clients on a hybrid basis in Ingolstadt. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving project success by providing valuable insights and analysis to support decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements;
2. Utilize your expertise in AzureDevOps and PowerBI to develop and maintain data visualizations and reports;
3. Support Product Owners in defining and prioritizing product backlogs;
4. Assist in planning and executing user acceptance testing;
5. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement;
6. Support training and onboarding of customers and internal teams;

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role;
• Strong proficiency in AzureDevOps and PowerBI;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Experience supporting Product Owners and working within Agile methodologies;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Fluent German is a must;
