This role requires presence in our Berlin office for the first 3-6 months and native German language skills. More languages (Polish, French, Spanish, Slovak, Czech, etc.) are a big plus!

What we do

We build software that helps companies along the food system get to Net Zero. ~31% of global GHG emissions originate from food-related activities. For the first time in history, climate performance has become an overall business performance indicator. Enterprises are mandated by regulatory bodies to disclose their climate performance, which leads to increasing pressure from investors, competitors, retailers, and consumers to prevent and reduce their CO2e emissions. Over the next 10 years, companies have set ambitious reduction targets that need to be met. Enterprise software and new business processes can help.

We raised >€10m in funding in the first 2 years of our existence, we launched our enterprise product, signed and onboarded some of the largest F&B players in Europe, and put together what we believe is the best-suited early stage tech team in Europe. Will you be the next to join us?

What you will work on
Your mission

Be the trusted point of contact for our farmers and farm technicians on the RootOS platform.

1. Support farmers and farm technicians (Erzeugerberater) by answering their calls and emails, solving issues with empathy and efficiency.
2. Proactively reach out to farmers to encourage and help them complete data submissions.
3. Collaborate with our tech team to troubleshoot and resolve more complex technical challenges.
4. Dive into sustainable farming practices to become our in-house expert.
5. Set up and continuously improve customer support processes and tools.
6. Create helpful, easy-to-follow FAQ resources that make self-service easy for users.
7. Collect and share user feedback with our product team - we need your voice at the table!
8. Work hand in hand with our product team to test new and improve new features.
