Your profile

We recognize that great User Experience Designers are continual learners, so if you don’t meet all the criteria, don’t worry. However, there are essential experiences and technologies you should be familiar with:

• You have professional experience as a UX Designer, UX Researcher, Creative Strategist, or in a similar role.
• You take conceptual responsibility for projects and lead conceptual discussions with clients.
• You can translate ideas into sketches, wireframes, and prototypes for all interaction areas.
• You communicate confidently in both German and English with clients and engage in discussions to advocate for product value.
• You consider how UX decisions impact design and development, integrating this knowledge into your concepts.
• You can present concepts effectively to diverse interest groups.
• You balance end-user needs with business goals.
• You recognize market trends and translate them into product strategies.
• You understand the technical fundamentals of digital product development.

Nice to have

While not required, possessing one of these qualities would make you a standout candidate:

• Experience with SCRUM, JIRA, and roles like Product Owner.
• Experience with spatial UX in a three-dimensional context (e.g., MR apps or WebGL websites).
• Ability to create UI guidelines and experience with Design Sprints.
• Strong storytelling skills to ideate creative narratives for products.
• Excellent copywriting skills to complement your designs.
