About Blue Yonder

Blue Yonder, a leading supply chain software company, is seeking a UX Designer to join our UX team. In this role, you will work closely with our product and engineering teams to design and implement user-centric experiences that drive growth and engagement for our products and services. This role is ideal for an individual passionate about user-centered design and eager to contribute to creating intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly designs for our supply chain management solutions.

What you’ll do:

1. Apply human-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies to solve user problems with minimal guidance.
2. Create detailed user personas, user flows, and journey maps to inform design decisions.
3. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and designers.
4. Design and prototype user interfaces, interactions, and experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with our brand and business objectives.
5. Participate in user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
6. Present design solutions and rationale to stakeholders and executives.
7. Continuously test and iterate on design concepts, gathering user feedback and data to inform ongoing improvements.

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in user experience design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your hands-on design work.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma or similar tools for creating wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
• Understanding of Generative Artificial Intelligence and its applications in UX design is a plus.
