What you can look forward to as a Business Partner (m/f/d) Compliance and Data Privacy:

1. Implement and manage the Compliance and Data Privacy Management System within our Compliance and Data Privacy team.
2. Advise business functions on specific Compliance and Data Privacy issues.
3. Lead and manage projects on Compliance and Data Privacy as well as risk mitigation.
4. Educate target-specific groups on Compliance and Data Privacy matters.
5. Perform data privacy impact assessments and maintain records of processing activities.
6. Assess personal data breaches and data subject requests, and be involved in the respective response activities.
7. Perform internal investigations and provide prevention management.
8. Implement further development of Compliance and Data Privacy within the Chassis System & Modules Business Group.

Your Profile as Business Partner (m/f/d) Compliance and Data Privacy:

1. Degree in law, business, IT, or a related field with several years of professional Compliance and Data Privacy experience in an international environment.
2. Understanding of the international Data Privacy regulatory environment, particularly the EU GDPR.
3. Ability to evaluate and balance risks with business needs and processes.
4. Understanding of data-driven businesses.
5. Ability to understand market and business needs while safeguarding privacy compliance.
6. Confident in negotiations and strong communication skills in English, with good German skills.
7. Ability to work and travel internationally.
