You will be a recognized partner, proactively shaping these relationships and contributing to the negotiation of company agreements. Take ownership of special projects in close alignment with the Senior HR Business Partner on site, and help us lead the change in renewable energy!

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Coordinate HR activities for the business located in Cuxhaven
  • Provide qualified advice on standard HR topics and develop individual solutions in close collaboration with employees and managers
  • Shape proactive relationships with managers and employees, becoming a recognized partner in the business
  • Support the implementation of company agreements and contribute to HR projects
  • Support local initiatives that foster a positive company culture and enhance employee engagement
  • Contribute to effective employer communication onsite


What You Bring

  • A relevant academic degree or vocational training and professional HR experience, preferably in an operational HR role
  • Familiarity with Workers Councils and Labor Law
  • Experience in customer-focused organizations of comparable scale and complexity
  • Fluent communication skills in both German and English, both spoken and written
  • A problem-solving mindset with a "can do" attitude and a strong customer service orientation
