Job Opening: Recruiter (w/m/d) at Oberkochen

We are looking for an engaged Recruiter (w/m/d) who is passionate about recruiting and actively shapes our selection process. In this role, you will work closely with our departments to identify and attract the best talents for our vision. Your main tasks include:

1. Collaborating with hiring managers to define target groups and finalize application materials
2. Managing job postings and their publication
3. Planning and executing candidate sourcing strategies, including active sourcing and talent pool management
4. Conducting screenings, organizing, and conducting interviews for candidate pre-selection, considering security/export control requirements
5. Preparing a shortlist of candidates for managers and scheduling interviews
6. Providing feedback and communicating rejections to candidates
7. Maintaining talent pools and engaging with potential candidates for long-term talent acquisition
8. Developing and implementing sourcing strategies, including outreach via social networks and other channels
9. Reporting and success measurement
10. Participating in recruiting events to attract new talent and strengthen our employer brand

Qualifications include:

• Completed training or similar qualification
• Up to 3 years of professional experience in recruiting and active sourcing, either in-house or with a headhunter agency
• Knowledge of recruiting methods and tools
• Experience with sourcing strategies and campaigns
• Result-oriented work ethic with high intrinsic motivation
• Service-oriented mindset
• Teamwork skills
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
