Head of Global Sales - USA, Canada and LATAM (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the Americas Regional Sales Team to meet and exceed sales targets. Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with global objectives to drive business growth.
- Team Development & Leadership: Mentor and develop your team, ensuring they have the skills, resources, and motivation to excel. Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that values diversity and innovation.
- Business & Financial Management: Oversee sales activities, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective measures.
- Market Strategy & Execution: Develop regional and country-specific strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention. Optimize product life cycles to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate cooperation between sales and other business units, including marketing, product development, and operations.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary contact for key sales partners. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including directors, management, and external partners.
- Due Diligence & Reporting: Lead due diligence processes for the region, ensuring accurate reporting. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic planning.
Your Profile:
- Educational Background: Diploma or master’s in Business, Management, Economics, Law, or a related field. A scientific background with relevant business experience is also considered.
- Professional Experience: Proven senior sales management experience, ideally in a global pharmaceutical company. Experience in the US market is a plus.
- Leadership & People Development: Strong management skills, with experience in talent development and fostering a performance-driven culture.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proactive and strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
- Contract & Negotiation Skills: Extensive experience in international sales and service contracts.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency preferred.
