Your Mission

• Design new and rework existing game features targeted to improve key game metrics
• Propose improvements and measures aligned with the game vision, player feedback, data analysis, and business goals
• Create pitch presentations, wireframes, and documentation to clearly communicate your designs to the team
• Utilize AI tools in your daily work to leverage your own output
• Transfer and adapt successful game mechanics from various genres

Your Backstory

• Experience in Game/Systems Design or Product Management in free-to-play games
• Good understanding of LiveOps game dynamics, including monetization strategies, in-game economies, and player behavior
• Aspiration to take ownership and strive to get things done with a cost/benefit mindset
• Strong written and spoken English skills
