Job Title : Sales Manager (Germany, France, UK, Italy) - Off Road Battery

Report to :Regional Director for Europe

Focused on technological innovation and customer-centric service, we are expanding our footprint in the European market and seek a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in this region.

Position Summary

As the Sales Manager for the European region, you will be responsible for establishing and growing our off-road power battery business in Europe. This role involves developing new customer relationships, understanding market needs, and promoting our products to meet sales targets. You will play a key role in building our brand presence and driving business growth in Europe.

Responsibilities

  1. Market Development
    • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential customers, including off-road machinery manufacturers, equipment operators, and relevant industrial players.
    • Develop and implement a sales strategy to penetrate the European market, leveraging market insights to target the right customer segments.
  2. Customer Acquisition
    • Prospect, identify, and approach new customers, building relationships from scratch. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
    • Understand customer requirements and tailor product solutions accordingly, providing pre-sales and after-sales support.
    • Set and achieve sales targets, develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans, monitor performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed.
    • Collaborate with internal teams such as R&D, production, and customer service to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  3. Brand Building
    • Promote the company's brand and products at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences in Europe to enhance brand awareness.
    • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes in Europe; provide feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  1. Experience
    • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in batteries, energy, auto parts, or related industrial fields. Experience in developing new markets from scratch is highly preferred.
    • Proven success in achieving sales targets and expanding business in international markets, especially in Europe.
  2. Skills
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
    • Strong market analysis and strategic thinking abilities to develop effective sales strategies.
    • Proficiency in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
  3. Personal Qualities
    • Highly motivated, results-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Adaptable and open-minded, capable of adjusting to different business cultures and market conditions.
    • Appreciation for Chinese culture, as close collaboration with a Chinese-based company is required.
