MedChemExpress (MCE) is a leading supplier of life science reagents, including bioactive small molecules, peptides, recombinant proteins, and more. We offer services such as custom chemical synthesis, virtual screening, and compound screening. To support our growth, we seek an enthusiastic, motivated, and successful Regional Sales Manager for Isotope products, based in the UK, France, or Germany, with a work-from-home arrangement.

Position Overview

This full-time role involves achieving sales targets for our Isotope products, promoting our brand, maintaining customer relationships, and participating in marketing activities. Travel may be required, and candidates must be legally authorized to work in the respective country.

Responsibilities
  1. Achieve sales growth and targets for Isotope products within your region.
  2. Promote MedChemExpress and its products effectively.
  3. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and professional communication.
  4. Handle customer inquiries via calls, chats, and emails regarding orders and technical questions.
  5. Provide accurate product information, including pricing, availability, and promotions.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure sales success.
  7. Participate in branding and marketing events with the BD and marketing teams.
  8. Gather market intelligence and share insights for strategic planning.
  9. Maintain excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills.
  10. Engage in industry discussions and social media to promote company interests.
  11. Manage customer files, follow up on orders, and provide after-sales support.
  12. Attend scientific conferences and trade shows, and assist in marketing campaigns.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in life sciences, chemistry, biochemistry, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience or biomedical research experience.
  • Willingness to engage in sales activities and work under pressure.
  • Friendly, responsible, and open-minded with strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a desire for long-term career development.
  • Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
