Regional Marketing Manager Central & East (d/f/m), Mannheim

We are currently looking for a Regional Marketing Manager Bathroom Tissue (BRT) Central & Eastern Europe (d/f/m) for our Business Unit Consumer Goods. The role is full-time and permanent, preferably based in countries with key regional offices in the CE&EE region.

Your Role
  • Supervise and steer multiple markets to grow market shares of leading brands in the BRT category across the Central and East regions, including developing, managing, and implementing brand strategies, marketing plans, and activities in line with regional, global, and Business Unit guidelines.
  • Participate in and/or lead regional and European BRT projects; oversee regional product launch processes according to plans and budgets.
  • Contribute to global brand development and support the Regional Marketing Director in representing the Central & East BRT region at the European level, including overarching projects.
  • Manage the assigned category A&P budget in alignment with the Regional Marketing Director, allocating resources across the region and marketing activities.
  • Support the development and adaptation of brand marketing communication materials across channels and products, ensuring local relevance and effective communication.
  • Lead, develop, and steer cross-functional teams, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills, including delivering training.
You Identify With
  • Min. 10-15 years of experience in senior marketing roles within branded top FMCG companies, with relevant experience managing multiple brands across geographies. Additional sales experience is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership experience in managing direct and indirect teams across countries and locations, with a team-oriented approach.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and holistic thinking skills, with proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive P&L and market share growth.
  • Outstanding skills in brand development and marketing mix, including digital marketing experience.
  • Effective communication skills in English (German is a plus), with the willingness to travel.
  • Keen sense of consumer and customer needs, as well as brand equity management.
