Global business consulting company is looking to hire a dedicated PAYROLL LEAD to join their team in Berlin, Germany (Hybrid, full time).
How does the job look like
Responsible for overseeing and directing payroll procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and tax obligations, supervising the payroll team, and maintaining accurate payroll records.
Coordinate activities with other client departments to ensure successful testing and implementation of tax updates, year-end testing on multiple or single payroll ERP for all regions.
Broad understanding and ability to research and interpret payroll laws.
Ensures compliance with applicable payroll tax and labor law requirements.
Your profile
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in German payroll processing.
Experience working with international (offshore) teams.
Good experience in coordinating payroll inputs and validation.
Experience in HRMS/ERP systems like SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, etc., and in MS Office.
Fluency in German and English.
