Role Responsibilities
  1. Lead, form, and develop the Lifestyle Marketing Team.
  2. Define and implement Brand Strategies for a Portfolio of brands.
  3. Drive Brand Equity Building for the key Brands (Jim Beam, -196 Ready-to-Drink, Kilbeggan).
  4. Develop Annual Marketing Plans & 3-year Growth Plans.
  5. Develop adequate Activations & execute Experience Platforms.
  6. P&L responsibility for Lifestyle Brands Portfolio, including full Brand Investment responsibility.
  7. Lead and develop a team of approximately 4 people.
  8. Partner with Trade Marketing and Sales to provide best-in-class implementation.
  9. Elevate marketing thinking and execution to a “Digital First” & “Full Funnel” marketing approach.
  10. Handle day-to-day basics (Budget, Business Reviews).
  11. Be a key sparring partner for the Global Brand Houses.
Qualifications
  1. University degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent.
  2. 10 years of consumer marketing & trade marketing experience, preferably in international FMCG & beverage and/or spirits industry.
  3. Ideally additional sales experience, with strong operational capabilities.
  4. Ability to manage cross-functional projects; experience in working in matrix organizations preferred.
  5. Experience in project management (including the use of respective tools and methods).
  6. Conceptual and pragmatic when required.
  7. Strong people leadership skills, collaborative but clear leadership style to lead, build, drive, and inspire people.
  8. Managerial responsibility and ownership beyond the direct remit.
  9. Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  10. Fluent (spoken & written) in German and English.
  11. Demonstrated personal characteristics: self-starter, strategic influencer across all levels, highly motivational.
