Your role at zolar

• Providing fast and effective IT support for employees in the office and remotely (via Jira HD, email, Slack, phone, 1:1 on-site)
• On- and offboarding of employees, including hardware provision (Windows & Mac) and access to required tools from the first day of work
• Maintenance and improvement of the IT infrastructure at the workplace (e.g., TV, printer, scanner, conference room equipment)
• Hardware management: Managing zolar-owned devices, including inventory, lifecycle monitoring, and repairs
• Contract and license management: Forecasting requirements, negotiating with vendors, and monitoring usage
• Development and implementation of improvements in software and systems (e.g., Okta, knowledge base, process updates)
• Collaboration with external providers for construction work, maintenance, and testing in office buildings

• Proven experience in IT support, preferably in a hybrid work environment
