As Warehouse Supervisor (Vorarbeiter), you will play a hands-on role in our warehouse, spending most of your time on the shop floor to support day-to-day operations. • Lead and support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, unloading, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Guide and mentor warehouse associates, ensuring adherence to company policies and operational standards.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and developing team members to maintain a high-performing team.
• Monitor workflows on the shop floor to ensure productivity targets, KPIs, and quality standards are met.
• Uphold and promote a strong culture of health, safety, and compliance in all warehouse activities.

What you bring

• Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English (conversational level); basic knowledge of German is a plus but not required.
• Forklift driver license and proficiency in operating material handling equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations effectively.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
• Capacity to think outside the box, finding the best solutions for pallet storage and optimizing warehouse layouts.
