Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global brand strategies
  • Manage and oversee brand positioning across target markets
  • Design and launch customer-focused product innovations
  • Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams
  • Plan and execute global communication campaigns
  • Leverage traditional and digital channels such as TV, PR, SEA, SEO, and social media
  • Develop and support go-to-market strategies and market entry concepts
  • Lead and develop a team of 1–2 brand managers
  • Take responsibility for managing the global marketing budget

Profile

  • Completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in global marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector
  • Proven experience working with international teams or in foreign subsidiaries
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing and high affinity for AI-driven tools
  • Fluency in English is essential; German language skills are an advantage
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with creative problem-solving abilities
  • Strong team player with an entrepreneurial mindset

Salary information

  • The annual gross salary is determined based on your professional qualifications and experience and may reach up to €110,000.
