  • 1. Strategic Planning and Goal Achievement : Develop the business development strategy of the company, formulate and implement medium and long-term sales plans, and ensure the achievement of annual sales targets.
  • 2. Benchmark Project Creation : Focus on key industries and core customers, promote the implementation of benchmark projects, and enhance the company's brand influence and market awareness.
  • 3. Market Analysis and Strategy Adjustment : Research and analyze industry trends, competitors, and market changes. Based on sales data, promptly optimize sales strategies, and formulate preventive and corrective measures to ensure an increase in market share and sales growth rate.
  • 4. Team Management and Collaboration : Assist the sales director of the headquarters in managing the German sales team, optimize resource allocation, and enhance the overall team's efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 1. Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English and German.
  • 2. At least 4 years of experience in managing overseas key accounts.
  • 3. Familiar with German MMK, Expert / Euronics.
