The Role

As the first Enterprise Account Executive at ClearOps, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our enterprise customer base. Working closely with the Founder & CEO, you will be responsible for filling the pipeline, advancing deals, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership, gain hands-on experience, and be part of a scaling startup that is revolutionizing the service supply chain industry.

Your profile

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Own and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing enterprise deals.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to engage and convert OEMs in various manufacturing industries.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within target accounts.
  4. Work closely with the Founder & CEO to align sales efforts with business objectives and market opportunities.
  5. Ensure a healthy sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and developing leads.
  6. Negotiate complex contracts and lead high-value commercial discussions with enterprise clients.
  7. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive adoption and long-term customer success.
  8. Provide insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics to shape ClearOps' go-to-market strategy.
  9. Refine and optimize the enterprise sales process as the first dedicated Enterprise Account Executive.

Who You Are :

  1. A highly motivated and ambitious professional with 3+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales.
  2. Proven track record in selling complex enterprise solutions, ideally within manufacturing, automotive, or industrial sectors; or experience in consulting complex solutions.
  3. Strong ability to manage long sales cycles and engage with C-level decision-makers.
  4. Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to take ownership and make a direct impact in a fast-growing startup.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  6. A structured, strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to sales.
  7. Fluent in English and German.
  8. Willingness to travel as needed to meet customers and drive business growth.
