Role Overview:

As the Head of Project Management & Delivery Services, you will lead our delivery function, ensuring the successful execution of complex projects and programs. You will manage a team of Project Managers and Scrum Masters, champion Agile methodologies, and oversee release and change management processes. This strategic role requires leadership, technical insight, and stakeholder engagement to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Agile Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Delivery Professionals.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance reviews and support career development.
• Drive Agile adoption across teams, ensuring alignment with Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid frameworks.
• Facilitate Agile training and workshops to enhance team maturity.
• Monitor delivery metrics (velocity, cycle time) to identify risks and optimize workflows.
• Oversee end-to-end release planning, coordinating between development, QA, and operations.
• Manage change processes, assessing impacts and mitigating risks.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with ITIL or industry standards.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align delivery with business goals.
• Provide transparent communication on project status, risks, and performance.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate timelines.
• Contribute to delivery strategy, identifying efficiency opportunities.
• Anticipate risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends to recommend innovative tools and practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Proven experience in senior delivery roles within IT (e.g., Head of Delivery, Program Director).
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS) and tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Experience in release management and ITIL-aligned change processes.
• Background in SDLC environments.
• Exceptional leadership and emotional intelligence.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing C-suite executives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
