Job Responsibilities
  1. You lead a Business Area within the Upper / Lower GI EndoTherapy field, including business strategy, development, planning, reporting, and execution.
  2. You initiate and manage all marketing activities (preparation and realization of product launches, campaigns, trainings, events and workshops, European congresses) and steer the integration and roll-out into the EMEA sales organizations.
  3. You conduct market and competitive analyses and identify customer needs and challenges.
  4. Moreover, you establish close links with key customers on a European level to trial new products, involve in peer-to-peer activities, and other marketing-related initiatives.
  5. You cooperate in projects with upstream, corporate partners, and regional managers.
  6. You represent Olympus and your products at customer visits and international congresses.
Qualifications
  • You have successfully completed a course of studies in Economics, Industrial, or Medical Engineering & Management.
  • You possess 2–3 years of professional experience in product management, marketing, or sales, ideally in a MedTech environment.
  • You have experience in coordinating multi-national and cross-divisional teams.
  • You have excellent communication skills and command of English—both written and spoken.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
  • You have an inspiring character, a strong drive for sales execution, and good analytical skills.
  • You enjoy traveling up to 30% and are willing to relocate to Hamburg or the surrounding area.
