Your role:
  • Identifying and winning new profitable deployable health business opportunities
  • Contributing to the development of Saab’s Deployable Health strategy
  • Conducting market analyses of the European and UK markets for mobile field hospitals, considering market trends, customer requirements, and government policies
  • Building and maintaining B2B relationships leading to new business opportunities
  • Developing campaign and capture plans for major medical defense programs
  • Preparing business cases for campaign launches following Saab’s Global Management System Winning Business Process
  • Networking with customers and industry contacts, and within Saab
  • Collaborating with capture teams to enhance business unit performance
  • Participating in tenders and monitoring contract developments
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation, company policies, safety, and quality standards
Your profile:
  • University degree in biomedical engineering, health science, or relevant experience
  • Several years of experience in the medical domain within defense
  • Experience in health planning, medical infrastructure, and selling medical devices to hospitals and defense sectors
  • Extensive knowledge of the European and UK defense environments
  • Independence, teamwork skills, and high-quality work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and high self-motivation
  • Ability to build and maintain professional networks
