60–65K base + 25% bonus commission

A fast-growing global EdTech company is hiring a Customer Success Manager. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll ensure adoption and long-term success of the platform across academic accounts.

Your mission :

  1. Support universities post-sale to drive usage and renewals
  2. Build relationships with faculty and help integrate the product into classrooms
  3. Serve as the trusted contact for onboarding, support, and training

Ideal background :

  1. Master’s or PhD in Life Sciences or a STEM discipline
  2. Confident communicator (even poster presentations or academic demos count!)
  3. Experience with customer interaction, training, or support
  4. Fluent German
  5. Remote role with flexible setup
  6. Supportive, fast-paced environment
