The Role

You will be responsible for :

• Leading a team of engineers to deliver successful products.
• Ensuring the development of well-designed, testable code.
• Gathering and evaluating user feedback to improve products.
• Providing code documentation and contributing to technical documents.
• Supporting continuous improvement by exploring new technologies and presenting them for architectural review.
• Troubleshooting and debugging to optimize system performance.
• Driving release cycles and sprint planning sessions.
• Managing the entire software development lifecycle from system design to deployment.

Ideal Profile

• Possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Have at least 7 years of experience, preferably in a Software Engineer role (Java).
• Have working knowledge of Engineering Management and experience managing teams and software development projects.
• Be a strong mentor and coach capable of building high-performing teams.
• Be highly goal-oriented and thrive in fast-paced environments.
