Your mission:

As our Sales Manager - DACH, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, fostering client relationships, and spearheading strategic initiatives that will drive our organization to continued success. You will ensure the success of our platform by acquiring new customers and maintaining existing relationships. Your role will be instrumental in establishing 4screen as the leading in-car marketing channel.

How you contribute to our success:

• Identifying potential customers: Target strategic local players and leading brands across various industries.
• Building and maintaining relationships: Provide customized solutions by understanding customer needs.
• Conducting product demonstrations: Showcase our features and cars to demonstrate value.
• Collaborating across teams: Work with various teams to generate leads, network, and create marketing materials.
• Reporting: Track sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
• Optimizing processes: Promote best practices and a collaborative environment.

What makes you stand out:

• 1+ years of sales experience; experience with advertising sales for media or mobile solutions is a plus.
• Proven track record: Meeting and exceeding sales targets in the DACH region.
• Market understanding: Knowledge of DACH market dynamics, client preferences, and cultural nuances.
• Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to influence and build relationships.
• Sales cycle management: Ability to handle full sales cycle from acquisition to closure.
