Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Team Assistant, located in Landshut with some flexibility for remote work. The Team Assistant will be responsible for administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, organizing files, and coordinating team activities. Additional duties include handling correspondence, preparing reports, assisting with project management tasks, and providing general support to the team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with administrative and clerical tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with bookkeeping and DATEV is a plus
  • Fluency in German and good English
  • Business degree or apprenticeship, or related field is preferred
