Digital Business Innovation within ZDP is a cross-functional team building digital solutions and business models as well as driving strategic digital programs. Join us as a Project Manager to shape and contribute towards the success of the digital transformation at ZEISS.

Your Role

Lead innovation projects as well as teams to identify and define cutting-edge digital solutions to drive business value for ZEISS

Identify and define the value propositions and key functionalities that add value to our customers and ZEISS

Create (ecosystem) business models, evaluate the market potential of ideas and create sound business cases

In an agile setup, steer cross-functional teams, including other ZEISS Digital Partners & ZEISS business units, in implementation projects and workstreams

Design and implement the necessary processes and structures that guarantee the long-term success of the solutions

Drive strategic digital transformation projects that define and strengthen our future digital ecosystem success

Your Profile

University degree from a Tier 1 University, preferably in natural sciences, engineering, informatics or business

3-4 years of experience, preferably in digital transformation, innovation or product management for digital solutions in B2B industry or in top management consulting

Track record of successfully leading (sub-)projects using agile methodology in a consulting set up

Sound understanding of the digital economy and data-enabled business models paired with a passion for ZEISS’ products and markets

Strong communication skills and the empathy to easily communicate with people from diverse backgrounds

Fluency in English and German
