About our client

Our client, for whom we are looking for an HR Manager (full-time job), is the German branch of an outstanding Chinese listed company in the automobile sector.

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Maintain a positive relationship between the company and its employees, fostering a harmonious working atmosphere.
  • Manage and coordinate matters related to the Employee Representative Committee, ensuring that company decisions align with employee interests and legal requirements.
  • Handle employee feedback and labor disputes, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly to protect the company's reputation.
  • Develop and implement recruitment plans to meet the talent needs of the company's production and manufacturing operations.
  • Be familiar with local recruitment channels and regulations in Germany, ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient and compliant.
  • Assist with the onboarding and training of new employees, ensuring their smooth integration into the company culture.
  • Be well-versed in German labor laws and related policies, and understand the regulations for foreign employees working in Germany, ensuring that the company's human resources management complies with local laws and regulations.
  • Be responsible for processing work permits and Blue Card applications for international employees, providing necessary support and guidance.
  • Drive the development and optimization of internal company policies to enhance the professionalism and compliance of human resources management.
  • Regularly organize employee training to improve their understanding of labor laws and company policies.
  • Design and implement a performance management system to ensure that employee performance is aligned with company goals.
  • Manage the compensation and benefits system, ensuring that it is competitive in the market and meets German industry standards.
  • Develop employee training plans based on the company's business needs to enhance employee skills and career development.
  • Collaborate with external training institutions to provide a diverse range of training resources to support employee growth.
  • Support the company's strategic planning by providing decision-making support from a human resources perspective.
  • Coordinate cooperation between the human resources department and other departments to ensure smooth company operations.
Qualifications and knowledge:
  • Language Requirements: Fluent in German, with the ability to communicate and write proficiently; Chinese or English required.
  • Professional Background: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: Over 5 years of experience in human resources management, with familiarity in employee relations and recruitment processes.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of German labor laws and related policies, with the ability to ensure compliance in the company's human resources management.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and coordination abilities, capable of building good relationships with employees and management at all levels.
  • Team Spirit: High sense of responsibility and strong team spirit, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
