Job Description:
THE ROLE
The Enterprise Relationship Manager (ERM) will be a highly motivated individual responsible for managing corporate and enterprise accounts to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role involves account management, developing C-level relationships, and driving sales growth within a high-performance sales organization.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effectively deliver the IGEL value proposition, demonstrating understanding of solutions and products.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Utilize forecasting and pipeline management to drive sales growth.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Use Microsoft CRM for account management and follow-up procedures.
- Attend local marketing events as appropriate.
- Serve as the primary contact within accounts, collaborating with Inside Sales, Channel Managers, and Sales Engineers.
- Develop a pipeline of accounts through prospecting, networking, and relationship management.
- Engage management and experts in the sales cycle as needed.
- Present plans and reviews to the executive team.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior executives.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven success in penetrating and closing new accounts, managing territories, and exceeding revenue goals.
- Strong sales history with complex transactions and high-level engagement skills.
- Ability to identify and close large sales opportunities.
- Excellent organizational, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with experience in account planning.
- Track record of meeting/exceeding targets consistently.
- Reputation in the region and ability to work independently.
- 10+ years of experience selling software/hardware to enterprise/global customers.
- Channel-friendly and a proactive hunter.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment.
