Job Description

Our client is an established manufacturer of plastics for OEM and Tier 1 automotive customers. They are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Manager for their operations in Germany.

Required Education and Experience
  • MBA in business administration, finance, economy, or engineering
  • 5+ years experience in the Automotive Industry
  • 5+ years experience in Automotive Sales and Marketing, working directly with OEMs and Tier 1 Customers
  • Active network with BMW, Stellantis, and Seat
  • Knowledge of plastic-related markets and injection molding production (drawing requirements, tolerances, materials, production processes, pricing methods)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PLM (Teams center Siemens), ERP (Priority), etc.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop new accounts and manage strategic account sections
  • Translate sales and marketing plans into actionable strategies
  • Execute plans effectively, managing day-to-day activities

  • Act as primary contact for customer pre-sale and post-sale activities
  • Participate in customer evaluations for new and existing projects
