What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a Consumer Insights Senior Analyst to join our team in Frankfurt on a hybrid basis (3 days a week in office). In this role, you’ll be pivotal in leading German consumer research efforts by:

  • Owning and executing end-to-end research plans across multiple product categories.
  • Conducting qualitative (IDIs, focus groups, shelf assessments) and quantitative (surveys) research for product development and commercialization.
  • Managing projects with internal stakeholders and external research agencies.
  • Analyzing consumer feedback to drive innovation and development recommendations.
  • Presenting insights to senior leadership to influence product strategy.
  • Traveling (up to 10%) to conduct consumer research, including potential trips to the UK and US headquarters.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 4-5 years in qualitative and quantitative consumer research.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Psychology, Economics, Consumer Research, or related field (or 5+ years of relevant experience).
  • Technical Skills: Experience in survey design, data analysis, and project management.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, strategic thinking, adaptability, and ability to balance consumer insights with business objectives.
