Job Description:

Credit Support Manager Domestic Guarantees GTB Payments & Cash Management (m/f/d)

Banking operations processing. Permanent contract. Frankfurt am Main, Hessen, Germany. Hybrid. Reference 250008KX. Start date 2025/06/01. Publication date 2025/04/11.

Responsibilities
  1. Handling of Credit Facility Documentation including fee confirmation.
  2. Securities & Collateral Management; coordination of review (Indemnity Letters, Guarantees, and similar), setup of cash collateral arrangements, and update of Securities & Collateral database.
  3. Maintain all credit/risk-related data in our Database System, PDMS.
  4. Management of domestic Guarantees/suretyships: Verification of wording in collaboration with local Legal Department, ensure compliance checks, collection of commercial decisions from management, issuance of instruments, capture transactions in database system, ensure proper implementation of fee arrangements, follow-up of fee collection when necessary, coordination of cancellation of guarantees/suretyships.
  5. Serve as the first line of contact for client questions related to guarantees/suretyships charges.
  6. Manage insolvency cases together with Front Office.
  7. Support in meeting regulatory obligations.
  8. Assist with controls related to quarterly quality supervision process.
Profile required
Experience and technical skills
  1. University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related area.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in guarantees/suretyships processing.
  3. Knowledge of payment processes, credit processes, account documentation, and risk management.
  4. Basic knowledge of cash management processes.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  6. Fluency in German and English (written and oral); French is an advantage.
