We are supporting a rapidly growing start-up at the forefront of the industrial Additive Manufacturing (AM) revolution. Their award-winning software platform empowers manufacturers to optimize their 3D printing processes, drive efficiency, and significantly reduce operational costs.

Your Role :

As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our innovative software solutions. You will :

  • Lead the full sales cycle : From initial lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closure, you will manage the entire sales process.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans : You will create and execute effective sales strategies, including accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Cultivate strong customer and partner relationships : Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Represent our company at industry events : Showcase our cutting-edge technology and build brand awareness at conferences, trade shows, and other industry gatherings.

What We Are Looking For :

  • B2B software or technical sales, ideally within the manufacturing or engineering sectors.
  • Knowledge and experience of Additive manufacturing technologies
  • Technical proficiency : A strong understanding of manufacturing and engineering software, with a keen interest in Additive Manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills : Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts.
  • Language proficiency : Fluent in both German and English (C1 level).
  • Travel readiness : Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Driven and results-oriented : A self-motivated individual with a passion for driving sales and exceeding targets.
  • Analytical mindset : Ability to understand complex customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
