What you apply for:

This position requires a sales talent with great team spirit and leadership skills.

Your role is to secure existing and develop new business with large customers, who are leaders in their industry and are driving digital transformation with our solutions. You will have a skilled team from different PTC organizations supporting you, expecting your guidance, motivation, empathy, and leadership.

We also seek a hunting mentality, expanding relationships into other departments of existing accounts and building strategic partnerships with key stakeholders of new prospects.

What we expect from you:

• Successful and proven sales track record (Software/Solution)
• Familiarity with strategic account planning and development
• Team player with leadership qualities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to develop a broad network at clients and partners
• Personality and character
• Native or full professional proficiency in German
• Experience in the Machine Builder industry is a bonus, not a must
