We are seeking an HR Operations Manager / Team Lead HR Administration (m / f / d) for our location in Essen, reporting directly to the COO. This role is central to driving global strategic and operational HR initiatives and ensuring flawless execution. Our activities span across DE, CH, AT, ES, GB, FR, BE, BG, US, CA, IN, and CN.

The position offers the possibility to work remotely, but being present in the Essen office at least once a week is desirable.
