The Role :

As Head of Acquisition, you will lead the expansion and establishment of new locations across renewables, while building and managing a high-performing team to ensure success.

Key responsibilities include :

1. Driving the expansion of the business into new locations.
2. Leading and managing a team of Land Acquisition Managers for project identification and prioritization.
3. Managing commercial and technical negotiations with stakeholders.
4. Ensuring all activities comply with German laws and regulations.
5. Collaborating with senior leadership on strategic planning.

The Person :

Requirements :

• At least 3 years of experience in renewable energy acquisition; candidates from real estate, agriculture, or related fields may also be considered.
• Strong leadership and strategic skills.
• Ability to leverage networks and expertise to generate new project opportunities.
• Act as the main contact for your team and clients during project implementation.
• Proficiency in German at C1 level or higher.

The ideal candidate will be based in Berlin, Hamburg, or surrounding areas. Candidates outside these locations will also be considered.
