Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities

• Deliver DSE, MIP/Workshops, and Custom Transactional Engagements.
• Support customer tech intensity under the direction of the Supplier Lead.
• Update skills profile according to ‘Ringed-Fenced’ technologies and delivery scope.

Required Skills

• Five or more years of experience in systems development, network operations, software support, technical support, product development, or IT consulting.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory (Kerberos, LDAP, Security Groups), password policies, Patch Management, Windows Server update services, auditing, least privilege access, administrative tiering, backup and disaster recovery.
• Windows Server OS concepts: NTFS/Share Permissions, File Sharing, Performance Monitoring, Event logging, Task Manager, Windows Firewall, User and Group Management.
• Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP, Routing.
• PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Hyper-V deployment, management, troubleshooting, and migration.
• Group Policy management in Active Directory.

Preferred Skills

• Over four years of experience with Microsoft Server products.
• Experience with troubleshooting logs and performance bottlenecks.
• Experience in EUC space (AVD), Cloud Fundamentals, Windows Networking, and Microsoft Project.

Non-negotiable Skills

• German Language proficiency (C1 level).
• Willingness to travel and interface with clients.
