Job Summary

Ready to Work (RTW) is a partnership between the Kentucky Community and Technical College System and the KY Cabinet for Health & Family Services, Department for Community Based Services.

Job Duties:

Have a barrier to enrolling at KCTCS, such as student debt? RTW offers:

1. Support as you balance family, work, and school
2. Work study opportunities that do not reduce certain public benefits
3. Advocacy and mentoring
4. Access to daycare and transportation assistance

Minimum Qualifications:

RTW is designed to assist low-income parents that are one of the following:

1. Enrolled at a KCTCS institution
2. Working with Kentucky Adult Education or on a high school diploma
3. Have a barrier to enrolling at KCTCS, such as student debt.
