As a result of significant Capex activity and growth throughout Germany, we are looking to engage with construction managers to support the development of our partner's projects, specifically, construction managers who have extensive experience in delivering high-value mega projects across the Oil and Gas, Chemical, Energy and Mining Industries.

The ideal person will have a robust background in Commissioning, Construction, and Execution, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the client team.

In these positions, you work closely with senior leadership and project execution teams to navigate the projects through the crucial stage gates while overseeing the EPCm partners at every step, providing subject matter expert leadership to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Track objectives, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Act as clients' primary point of contact, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee objectives from execution construction to completion and start-up, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
• Monitor construction progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, to identify and mitigate issues early.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Industry experience to be drawn from Oil & Gas, Mining or any other Heavy Industry
• PMP or similar project management certification.
• Several years, experience in construction management within the EPCM industry, with at exposure to managing large-scale projects.
• Proven track record of delivering multi-million-dollar projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and navigate regulatory environments.
