Job Purpose

Acuity seeks dedicated and motivated individuals with strong organizational and teamwork skills for its Investment Banking team in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support an investment bank and advisory firm as part of the team.
2. Assist clients across industries including Technology, Telecom, Consumer, Pharma, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Industrials, Energy & Power, Metals & Mining, FIG, ECM, DCM.
3. Conduct company and financial analysis, including valuation comps such as trading and transaction comps, benchmarking, and operational data analysis.
4. Prepare pitch books, industry overviews, and company discussion documents; analyze business and financial models.
5. Deliver high-quality analysis including industry or market analysis, company reports, ad-hoc requests, and opportunity assessments through secondary research.
6. Utilize third-party data sources like CapIQ, Factset, Pitchbook, Bloomberg.
7. Manage project timelines and ensure high-quality deliverables for client satisfaction.
8. Build and manage client relationships, assessing information and knowledge needs.

Key Competencies

• Masters in finance, CFA, or equivalent in the EU region.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
