Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading the Acquisition Sales team, including Field, Inside Sales, SDR, and Support teams, ensuring all relevant partners get online.
  • Supporting sales managers, team leaders, and employees to achieve their individual and team success.
  • Aligning local strategies and objectives to meet EBITDA targets.
  • Implementing global projects and programs locally.
  • Setting ambitious sales targets as part of the global incentive plan.
  • Reporting daily business based on KPIs and SLAs.
  • Planning and managing annual budgets.
  • Using data and reports for market and competitive analysis to inform strategic and tactical plans.
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and other requirements.
  • Continuously increasing sales efficiency.
  • Driving a growth culture in line with corporate values: LEAD, DELIVER, CARE.
  • Leading by example, testing new concepts, and learning from mistakes.
Ideal candidate qualities:
  • Extensive experience in a commercial leadership role, managing high-performance teams of 100+ FTEs, with a strategic, customer-focused approach and proactive KPI management.
  • A collaborative and motivational leader who sets and adjusts team priorities.
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and performance management of sales teams.
  • Target-driven motivation and ability to inspire teams to exceed goals.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills with logistics and marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
  • Interest and affinity for the food-service industry.
