MRM is seeking a Head of Client Services to lead our team in Germany

You’ll own and develop our relationship with several key clients whilst playing a pivotal role in identifying and converting opportunities for us to grow.

The Responsibilities:

We’re looking for an experienced Client Services lead who is passionate about inspiring others and developing long term client relationships. The role will involve:

• Managing several of our largest clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Identifying opportunities to grow relationships, presenting ideas and strategies to key stakeholders.
• Overseeing projects and campaigns for the clients across CX, CRM/Loyalty and Technology.
• Leading and mentoring the client services team.
• Playing an active role in new business opportunities.

Capabilities:

• We’re looking for a Head of Client Services who can demonstrate:
• Previous experience operating at a similar level working with major clients. Experience with the automotive sector would be advantageous.
• A deep understanding of some or all of our core specialisms; Business & Digital Transformation, CX, CRM, Content and Social Media.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
• Exceptional communication skills.
