5. Establish and prioritize the backlog, considering both business and customer value.

1. More than 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, managing products from conception to launch and ongoing development.
2. Business acumen and customer management experience are essential, with a strong focus on working with corporate customers.
3. Extensive experience in successfully delivering software projects and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Experience with data-intensive solutions and data flows that convert raw information into actionable business insights.
5. Demonstrable principal knowledge of agility and Continuous Delivery.
6. Knowledge of agile frameworks, such as Scrum.
7. Proficiency in using Atlassian Suite, including Confluence and Jira.
8. You know how to support your team and contribute conscientiously and passionately.
9. You embrace your role as a product ambassador and actively promote your product, including presenting at conferences.
10. You enjoy engaging in close communication with customers and users.
11. You thrive on overcoming challenges through your creativity.
12. You possess exceptional attention to detail.
13. You make data-driven decisions using relevant metrics.
14. You exhibit strong organizational skills and hold yourself to high-quality standards.
15. You are fluent in both German and English.
