Your Responsibilities:

1. Maintain a defined employee group throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
2. Serve as an independent contact for all personnel and employment law questions.
3. Ensure proper payroll processing.
4. Draft contracts and certificates.
5. Handle administrative tasks such as correspondence and organization of digital personnel files.
6. Maintain data in our HR management system.
7. Create and analyze standard and ad-hoc reports and statistics.
8. Improve HR processes through special projects.

Your Profile:

1. Completed commercial apprenticeship.
2. Extensive experience in HR, especially payroll and employment law.
3. Experience with HR systems and proficient in MS Office.
4. Excellent German and English skills, spoken and written.
5. Structured thinking and working style.
6. Friendliness and loyalty, even under high workload.
7. Strong communication skills.
8. Team-oriented mindset.
