A Day in the Life

Be at the forefront of the future of electrophysiology. As a Technical Consultant for our Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team, you will impact patient care through Medtronic's technologies and therapies. We are dedicated to leading the market with our Affera Mapping and Ablation System, innovating ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, and electrophysiology products.

Join our team of experts committed to quality and affordable care worldwide. This position is based in Germany and is remote, with travel of 80-100% across Germany and Western Europe, providing valuable international experience and networking opportunities.

Responsibilities may include:

• Planning training programs with the Sales Manager and other teams
• Providing technical support to customers regarding CAS products and procedures
• Supporting sales and marketing during product presentations
• Reporting account, market, and competitive trends and metrics
• Collecting and reporting customer feedback, product issues, and complaints
• Performing administrative duties, including activity reports

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
• Knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and products
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
• Attention to detail and focus on quality
